We check all products before these are sent to you. If the product would still be damaged when it arrives, we agree to fix the error free of charge.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.
Any exchange or refund must always be communicated to [email protected] where you enter your name, your address, email address, order number and a description of the problem.

If the products don’t fit you can ask to exchange them for another size or another model.
You can also ask for a full refund of your order. Outside of the sales products. If you have paid with a gift card or voucher we will give you another voucher.
• You are responsible for the return cost. Except if the product was damaged upon delivery.
• You can return the products within 30 days of delivery.
• We don´t refund the original shipping fees (even if you return one item or full order)
• If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount
• We won’t accept products that have been used or washed.
